2012 South Korea Trip #1

Day 1 – Mar 4 / Mar 5

YVR

Waiting for boarding is tiring

This might be the last trip for Strawberry back to Korea

And 11hr-long flight

Day 2 – Mar 6

We went to the restaurant that has Blow-Fish speciality to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday

They served good combination of the conge, soup, sushi, salad, and tempura

A common look of a bus in Seoul

Day 3 – Mar 7

Waiting area in Chong-nyang-ri Station

We were looking forward to this train trip for a long time

Breakfast for the day. Onigiri – you can easily get this from any CVS in Korea

Downtown of Mukho

We could buy a bunch of live fish from Quay market and then bring those to any restaurant, where processed and cooked the fishes

Sashimi

Steamed Snow crab – we could buy 5 or 6 of live one for less than $20

The lodge we stayed at night

Day 4 – Mar 8

woke up early in the morning to see sunrise

Golden reflection of twilight in the sky and the sea

Then we went to the restaurant for Gom-chi soup, where also served lot of good side dishes

And we saw lots of graffiti on the wall that made by the owner of the restaurant

Moving to Gangneung to get a bus for Seoul

We could have another good dish named Mul-hoe (Sashimi  in the cold soup) at Gangneung

before we were back to Seoul

    정말 바쁘게 놀러다니셨군요.ㅎㅎ
    사진 참 잘 찍으신다면서 뭐 찍기만 하면 다 화보!
